This is a new part of our website that was originally set up as a place to check for home exercises and information while we were away because of COVID-19.

Now we are back in the studio this page will contain news, newsletters and information that we think you would like to know and some exercises too from time to time.


We like to keep in touch with our clients in a variety of of ways- email, Facebook , Instagram posts and now here too.  Below each post (BLOG) here there is a place for you to leave a comment.  This will provide us with some feedback which is always welcome.
