Our Cancellation Policy has been updated

To help enable us to provide a smooth running studio and timetable we have recently updated our cancellation policy.

From time to time we may have waiting lists for classes (particularly as we are unable to have all of our Reformers in the studio due to distancing requirements). When this happens it is important to us to enable as many clients to attend classes as possible.

On the flip side, during our quieter months we may have classes only half full. At times like this, when classes are at the minimum number of 1 booking, we may cancel the class and offer another time/ day for the client to attend. This allows clients to experience a class with higher energy levels and an opportunity to work with others. Our costs are also reduced which helps us out.

For these reasons it is important to give us at least 12 notice if you are unable to make it to your class -except of course in the case of an emergency.

If less than 12 hours notice is given then our cancellation policy will be enacted as follows;

-10 Class Pack Clients will not be refunded their class (as the system deducts a class from the pack automatically)

-Casual paying clients will be billed a $25 non-attendance fee.
